Kathy Cartwright has a wonderful blog. When my book came out, she did an in-depth review. She later told me that it elicited one of her most lively discussions with her followers. We recently did an interview on her blog. This was great for me, because, as I told her, I am a big believer in asking questions. It’s a very generous thing to do, and I recommend it to my students and colleagues. Ask each other questions: a well-considered question is more generous and helpful than giving advice.
